We accept referrals. Referrals can be sent via fax at 888 271-7687 or email at Tai_slyne@amodeushealthcare.com.


Initial Diagnostic Evaluation: $275 (Comprehensive 60-minute assessment)

Routine Follow-Up: $150 – $175+
Pricing scales based on the clinical complexity and duration of the visit.

ADHD Diagnostic Testing: This is a self pay service. Rates vary based on the specific testing battery required; please contact our office for a personalized quote.

Medical Records Request must be sent via fax at 888 271-7687.

$110.00 fee will apply for late cancelation, no show, same day canceled appointments.

Patients automatically get appointment reminders 24 hours before their scheduled time via text and email.

Please reschedule or cancel 24-48 hours before your appointment.
