Amodeus Healthcare offers clinical mentoring designed to bridge the gap between academic theory and real-world psychiatric practice. In this program, our board certified and experienced Preceptor provides one-on-one supervision to PMHNP student to ensure the safe and effective delivery of mental health services. This program focuses on clinical competency, diagnostic precision, and the mastery of the art of prescribing.

Mission. Our preceptorship program is to foster the development of highly skilled mental health providers through immersion-based learning. We aim to transition the novice clinician from “textbook knowledge” to “clinical intuition,” emphasizing patient safety, ethical prescribing, and therapeutic rapport. The program is built upon four developmental areas:
